“Watch your thoughts, they become words. Watch your words, they become reactions. Watch your reactions, they become habits. Watch your habits, they become your character.”
– Lao Tzu.
One significant never-ending change that has recently taken place in my life has inspired me to create this cycle, where the main topic will be the change of habits. Why 52 Steps? As you can easily guess - because the year has 52 weeks.
The rules of all the games are simple.
You will receive an email with one entry each week. The goal is to introduce a new habit each week. We focus on one small shift per week, let's ditch multitasking at the outset.

Of course, we have to accept the fact that not every change is for everyone. It may turn out that someone is already doing this, or that they are simply not interested or concerned at all.
According to the Pareto Principle, about 80 percent of the goals we struggle to achieve do not give us any concrete benefit. Just like about 80 percent of the things we own, we don't need.
It becomes a luxury, for which, however, we still have to work. So let's focus on what is needed and valuable.
We live in times when speed and efficiency are the most important. We can't enjoy doing nothing or just "being". It has been assumed that the most important priority in life is success, high income, consumption, and satisfying whims.
Note, however, that in nature the lion does not hunt when it is not hungry. Even if there is a game within its reach. He does not worry about the future and, like other animals, lives in the present tense.
All the great religions of the world tell us the same thing - materialism is only illusory and impermanent happiness. We will never be able to have and achieve everything.
I have made all sorts of changes in my life over the years. I learned to implement them in such a way that they bring positive energy into my life, not a sense of obligation.
The changes were theoretically insignificant, but they could lead to unimaginable effects.
I started paying more attention to what I eat. I decided to take care of my physical condition, I was looking for a discipline that would interest me. Initially, I set myself a limit of at least 10 minutes a day, currently, I can't imagine a day without moving. I made a decision to get up early, control my spending, focus on what's important, prioritize events over things, and stop procrastinating.
I did a lot of experiments and tried different methods, but one thing remained the same - if I felt that something was not for me, I didn't hold on to it, I tried to find something else for myself.
So if you decide to run this 52-day minimalism marathon, I recommend following a similar principle.
Modify, change, abandon, and stay yourself as much as you can.
The steps I show you are not a set path to change and improve your life.
It is not a recipe for success, ready to be applied without unnecessary thinking.
It is instead a method that stimulates the broadening of horizons, an encouragement to experiment and search for the true self.
A way to find out what's best for you and leave your comfort zone. An attempt to venture into the unknown, learning how we can change something, how to adapt, and how to live with these changes. The way to improve our flexibility and tolerance.
It's a matter of arranging your life in the most friendly and effective way for us.
Live here and now, stop waiting for a better tomorrow, and manage your fate.
