The first 20-minute element of the 20/20/20 formula is movement.

Tactic 2: The 90/90/1 Rule
Doing real work as opposed to fake work, daily and with absolute consistency, will give you a gigantic competitive advantage born of mastery. Virtuoso-level productivity is rare. And the market pays the most for something that is missing.
Legendary successful people focus all their attention and effort on one major project at a time, so they use their full cognitive abilities and precious energy to launch great products that turn their industry upside down.
To work this way, you need to get into the daily habit of using your best working hours to deliver the best productive results. When you come to work, this is not the time to shop online, gossip, or check the news. Time for a show. For a great producer.
Implementation: For the next 90 days, plan to spend the first ninety minutes of your work day on one activity that, when performed at a world-class level, will make you the owner of your field.
Tactic 3: The 60/10 Method
After completing the 90/90/1 workday segment, use a stopwatch and work as best you can for sixty minutes straight, sitting or standing silently, in the Tight Bubble of Total Focus. Learn not to move. Just concentrate. And achieve the highest possible scores. At the end of the 60-minute Productivity Sprint, take a break for ten minutes.
After ten wonderful minutes of recovery, come back and do another sixty-minute segment of work, full of inspiration, perfection, and ingenuity. And then another ten-minute recovery cycle.

Tactic 4: The Daily 5 concept
One of the great keys to great results is focusing your attention on achieving consistent 1% wins and micro achievements every hour of your working day.
Implementation: During the second part of your Victory Hour, write down five small goals that you want to achieve in the coming day so that you feel that it has been a goal well spent. This, like many things you have learned, is also practice;
After just thirty days you will achieve 150 valuable victories. And after a year, this strategy alone will allow you to achieve 1,825 worthy goals, ensuring that the next twelve months will be the most productive twelve months of your career so far.
Tactic 5: Second Wind Training (2WW)
Implementation: To do the 2WW practice, schedule a second workout at the end of the workday to give yourself a second wind for a great evening.
You'll overcome the fatigue most people feel after work, recharge your willpower to improve your evening choices, and even find your nighttime sugar cravings significantly lower.
One of the best activities you can do during this time is an hour-long walk in nature. You will gain another block of time free from digital distractions, allowing you to think more deeply and download valuable ideas.

Tactic 6: The Dream Team Technique
Implementation: Delegate tasks that not only misuse your hours but also reduce your happiness. It's best to restructure your entire life so that you only do the things you're great at—and love to do.
Specific members of your Dream Team may include a fitness trainer you work with regularly, a dietitian, a massage therapist, a financial coach to enhance your fortune, and a spiritual advisor to help you stay grounded in the eternal laws of a life well-lived.
Tactic 7: Weekly Design System (WDS)
Deployment: Sculpt and then ritualize thirty minutes in advance every Sunday morning to create your "Beautiful Week Plan."
Start the process by:
1. Write a story in your journal about the highlights of the seven days you just experienced.
2. Write down your lessons learned and optimizations to make the coming week even better.
3. On a large piece of paper that has each day from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM marked, jot down all your commitments.
The key here is to write down more than just business meetings and projects at work.
Set clear periods for your Victory Hour, 90/90/1 sessions (90 days, 90 minutes, 1 project), 60/10 cycles (60 minutes focus, 10 minutes off) and second wind training, and time for loved ones, blocks for passion portfolios, and segments for errands. Doing this weekly workout will keep your days extra focused, gain incredible momentum, dramatically increase your productivity, and noticeably improve your life balance.

Tactic 8 The 60-Minute Learner
Implementation: Study for at least sixty minutes a day.
